New Buffalo, MI

    New Buffalo is a small-craft harbor about 25 miles SW of St. Joseph. The entrance channel leads E between converging breakwaters, then SE to the mouth of the Galien River and upstream for about 0.2 miles. The outer basin is enclosed by the breakwaters and is not adapted for anchorage of vessels.
